The paper analyzes the employment and working conditions prevailing in firms exporting Information Technology Enabled Services, and their differences according to firm`s size, ownership, business segments and market orientation (i.e. exports vs domestic market). The aim is to understand to what extent those conditions, including aspects related to labour legislation, trade unions role and jobs turnover, are currently damaging or fostering Argentina’s competitiveness in the ITES sector.
